A few days ago in an Instagram poll, I asked my audience if they preferred I do a solo-cast episode on "Love/Sex" or "Laughter" - and the vast majority voted for "Love/Sex", so here goes!

In this solo-cast episode, I talk about love, sex, romance, love as a space of consciousness, all sorts of things.

I get pretty vulnerable, and it was oddly cathartic, while also somewhat nervewracking.

In any event, it feels like this was a potent transmission to share with everyone - whether you're single, in love, married, or in an undefined territory, I hope this makes you feel less alone in any struggles you may be having when it comes to matters of the heart.
