Discussing sobriety, spirituality, boundaries, learning, unlearning and all of the spaces in-between, this episode felt like we simultaneously took a deep dive into reality, while sipping tea and bonding over all the bullsh*t we've traversed throughout our process of growing into who we've always been (but somehow forgot along the way).
